We are currently looking for English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join the team of one of our leading BPO clients.

On-site position
Rotating shifts – 24/7 project

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support across multiple channels
• Assist customers with billing and invoicing enquiries
• Troubleshoot account access issues
• Guide and support customers in using the client's products
• Provide timely and high-quality solutions
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
