Customer Service Advisor - German Speaker (Remote)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Our German customer team in Athens keeps growing, and we are now adding new colleagues. Start date: 23 October 2026.

The role rewards patience, clear language and a calm tone, even when someone is frustrated. Every case you close moves a customer closer to a clear answer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
