Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

• Operations run 365 days per year

Role Overview

We are seeking a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international customer support team on-site in Estonia.

In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related services, ensuring smooth booking experiences and professional support from inquiry to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Support customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations

• Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication

• Document all interactions in internal systems

• Follow established procedures and quality standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence

Requirements

• Native or C1/C2 level Danish (written and spoken)

• B2 level English

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a structured office environment

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Willingness to relocate independently if applying from abroad
