German-Speaking Customer Support Remote (Turkey)

Shifts:
Weekdays 09:0023:00 (Summer until 22:00)
Rotating & split shifts with 2 days off (Sunday + 1 day)
1-hour daily break

Training: 20 business days (mandatory)

Youll do:

• Support customers via phone, email & chat
• Solve problems quickly & professionally
• Ensure great customer experiences

You have:

• Fluent German (C1+) + good English
• Based in Turkey
• Excellent communication skills
