About the Role:
We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international company providing exceptional service to clients across Europe.
In this position, you will assist customers via phone, chat, or email — helping them solve issues, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email).

  • Identify customer needs and offer clear, accurate solutions.

  • Manage complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written).

  • Good level of English (for internal communication and training).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).

  • Based in Greece or open to relocating.
