About the Role:
We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international company providing exceptional service to clients across Europe.
In this position, you will assist customers via phone, chat, or email — helping them solve issues, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email).

Identify customer needs and offer clear, accurate solutions.

Manage complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Fluent in French (spoken and written).

Good level of English (for internal communication and training).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Based in Greece or open to relocating.
