We’re hiring Customer Support Specialists for well-known global brands no previous experience required.

About the Role
You’ll support Portuguese-speaking customers by phone, chat, or email, helping them with simple questions and offering clear, friendly solutions.
If this is your first customer support role that’s completely okay.
We provide paid training, modern tools, and guidance from day one.
After onboarding, you can work onsite in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece, depending on the project.

Who You Are
Native Portuguese speaker
English level B2 or higher
EU passport or valid EU work permit
