About the Position

We are looking for Turkish and English-speaking Trust & Safety Specialists to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by reviewing digital content and ensuring compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

This position is suitable for candidates with strong language skills, attention to detail, and an interest in online safety and content moderation.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess online content according to established policies and guidelines.
• Identify content that may violate platform rules and community standards.
• Apply content moderation policies consistently and accurately.
• Help maintain a safe and positive online environment for users.
• Identify and escalate potentially sensitive or policy-violating content when necessary.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting quality standards.
• Follow established procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Turkish.
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow policies and apply guidelines consistently.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with digital tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
