Customer Service Agent - Norwegian Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Our Athens site runs a busy Norwegian service line, and we are looking for people who can keep up its standards. Start date: 19 November 2026.

You will handle everyday requests from start to finish and escalate only when it is genuinely needed. Expect a steady flow of questions about products, orders and accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Support new colleagues by sharing practical tips from your cases
• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps

Requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
