What you'd be doing:

• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

What we're looking for:

• Solid working English alongside your Greek
• Fluent Greek, written and spoken
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable communicating in Greek at a professional level
