Role Overview

We are looking for a German-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager to support new business clients during their initial setup and integration phase.

In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth activation process, strong product adoption, and a positive first experience. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new German-speaking clients

  • Guide customers through account setup and platform activation

  • Provide training and product education to ensure successful adoption

  • Identify early optimization opportunities during onboarding

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation

  • Monitor onboarding KPIs and ensure timely completion

  • Build strong foundations for long-term customer success

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level)

  • Good command of English

  • 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Onboarding, Customer Success, or Sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Eligible to work in Spain
