Czech Content Moderator - Customer Support Agent Lisbon with accommodation

We are currently looking for Czech-speaking professionals to join international teams in Lisbon, Portugal. Two exciting entry-level opportunities are available, both including accommodation provided by the company. No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity to start an international career.

Role 1: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts between 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Note: The schedule may evolve into a 24/7 rotation over time

In this role, you will support customers of a global e-commerce platform, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Profile:
You have strong communication skills in Czech and English, with a customer-oriented mindset. You are empathetic, solutions-driven, and comfortable handling a high volume of interactions, especially during peak periods. An interest in e-commerce is considered a strong advantage.

Role 2: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon (on-site)
Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

As a Content Moderator, you will review and manage user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines, contributing to a safe and positive online environment.

Profile:
You have strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess content objectively. You are resilient, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous exposure to digital platforms or e-commerce is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 920€ x 14 months
• Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months
• Meal allowance + additional shift bonuses (night/weekend)
• 1,500€ signing bonus
