Customer Support - English Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

A well-established company in Lisbon is expanding and looking to bring on a Customer Support.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Solid working English alongside your English
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
