A well-established company in Lisbon is expanding and looking to bring on a Content Moderation.

Heads up before you apply: this position includes reviewing content that can be graphic or disturbing at times. The employer provides wellbeing support for people in this role.

What you'd be doing:

• Keep up to date as content policies and guidelines evolve
• Apply judgment consistently even in ambiguous or borderline cases
• Balance speed with accuracy across a high volume of reviews
• Flag patterns or recurring issues to the wider content team

What we're looking for:

• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
