Back Office Customer Support Agent - Dutch Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

We're working with an employer in Lisbon to fill a Back Office Customer Support Agent position for their Dutch market.

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.

What you'd be doing:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

What we're looking for:

• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Comfortable communicating in Dutch at a professional level
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken
