Whether you are providing technical troubleshooting or answering general inquiries, your goal is to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and represent the brand with excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat in native-level Russian.
- Resolve technical and service-related inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an empathetic and professional tone at all times.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with multicultural teams to share insights and improve overall service quality.
What We Are Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in Russian is mandatory for this position.
- Good command of the English language (B2 level or higher) for internal coordination.
- Valid work permit or residency for Portugal is essential.
