Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in German and Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and service requests
  • Accurately log all interactions and follow escalation protocols when needed
  • Contribute to team quality and satisfaction targets
  • Work rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights (including night shifts in Madrid)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services

What We're Looking For:

  • Native or near-native German speaker (required); Spanish at B2 level or above
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments is a plus
  • Comfortable with rotating shift patterns, including evenings and nights
  • Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid or Valencia
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset
