Customer Service Representative — Banking (German + Spanish) | Madrid / Valencia, Spain

We're looking for a German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic on-site banking support team across two of Spain's most vibrant cities. If you bring precision, warmth, and a flair for languages, this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer contacts in German for a leading banking client via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with account queries, transactions, complaints, and general banking services
  • Work across rotating shift patterns — morning (07:00–16:00), afternoon (14:00–24:00), or night (22:00–07:00, Madrid only)
  • Maintain rigorous accuracy in case logging and follow escalation protocols
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism on every customer interaction
  • Stay current on banking products, services, and compliance guidelines

What We're Looking For:

  • German at native or near-native level (mandatory)
  • Spanish at B2 level or above
  • Comfortable committing to rotating shifts, including nights if based in Madrid
  • Based in or relocating to Madrid or Valencia — on-site role
  • Customer service experience in banking or financial services is a strong advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and calm under pressure
