Your Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for users, handling a range of queries and providing exceptional support in your native language. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the companys reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and empathetic customer support via phone, chat, or email

Resolve inquiries related to products, orders, accounts or technical issues

Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high service standards

What We Are Looking For

Fluent in one of the required languages + English

Willingness to relocate to Greece (with full support provided)

For some projects: higher technical skills or B2B cloud experience
