Your Mission

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of potential business clients. Your mission? Drive new business by identifying qualified opportunities through outbound campaigns and providing tailored insights into Google Cloud solutions.

You will play a key role in helping businesses collaborate better, move faster, and innovate smarter all while hitting personal and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through cold calling, emails, and outreach
  • Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) targets and maintain consistent daily activity
  • Educate prospects on Googles business solutions and generate interest
  • Analyse client pain points and map them to suitable Cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to route clients into the most appropriate sales path
  • Track interactions and pipeline progression accurately using Salesforce (CRM)
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of client interactions and deal status
  • Build rapport with C-level decision makers and other key stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native-level German and fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, B2B development or prospecting
  • Ability to communicate business value and match solutions to client needs
  • Solid interpersonal and persuasive skills with a proactive sales mindset
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing, particularly Google Cloud Platform, is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
  • Strong sense of initiative, curiosity and resilience
