Your Mission

As a Junior Campaign Specialist for Google Ads, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to support them in launching their first online advertising campaigns. Your work will have a direct impact on the growth and digital presence of small to medium-sized businesses.

This is a target-driven environment where your success contributes both to your own development and to the success of a collaborative onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted digital consultant for new clients, onboarding them into Google Ads products
  • Understand customer objectives and provide tailored pay-per-click (PPC) campaign strategies
  • Proactively increase ad spend and identify upselling opportunities
  • Conduct high volumes of client interactions via phone and email
  • Manage campaign development with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Monitor client performance and support long-term campaign sustainability

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent marketing or communications background is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategy
  • Confidence in delivering pitches and building client relationships
  • Well-organised and capable of managing daily priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Customer-oriented, curious, and solution-driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Native-level German and fluent English are essential
  • Strong desire to exceed individual KPIs and team goals
