Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from German-speaking and English-speaking customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions and services to help them achieve their goals.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale.

Maintain and grow customer relationships by offering upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to provide the best advice to customers.
Requirements

Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (B2+ level) both spoken and written.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, positive attitude with a passion for helping people and closing sales.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
