Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, efficient, and personalized support via email, phone, and chat.

Assist customers with booking, modifying, and managing travel arrangements.

Resolve customer inquiries and travel issues in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to meet client needs.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet individual and team performance targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about travel industry trends and company service offerings.
Requirements

Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Previous customer service experience (preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centre environments) is an advantage.
