Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of business clients.

Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.

Conduct regular outbound communication to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support.

Track and report on account status and sales performance using CRM tools.

Stay informed on industry trends, client developments, and company products/services.
Requirements

Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Willingness to relocate to Athens if based abroad (relocation support available).
