This position offers a hybrid work model, blending remote flexibility with office collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of business clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Conduct regular outbound communication to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support.
  • Track and report on account status and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, client developments, and company products/services.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens if based abroad (relocation support available).
