Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. You will be working in a hybrid setup, combining both office collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and account management, with a passion for building lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Conduct regular outbound calls to engage clients, promote services, and manage upselling opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Track and achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

  • Provide high-quality after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position products and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.

  • Native or C2-level proficiency in LATAM Spanish and excellent command of English.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and goal-driven environment.

  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.

  • Must be willing to relocate to Athens if currently based abroad (relocation support provided).
