Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. You will be working in a hybrid setup, combining both office collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and account management, with a passion for building lasting business relationships.
Responsibilities

Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Conduct regular outbound calls to engage clients, promote services, and manage upselling opportunities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Track and achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

Provide high-quality after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position products and services.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.

Native or C2-level proficiency in LATAM Spanish and excellent command of English.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Comfortable working in a dynamic and goal-driven environment.

Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Must be willing to relocate to Athens if currently based abroad (relocation support provided).
