Customer Support 002 ( German + English )

Job Overview

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative who is fluent in German and English. In this role, you will mainly support customers via email and chat (95%), helping them resolve their inquiries quickly and professionally. We also welcome applications from students!

Starting with two weeks of training during standard working hours, followed by two weeks of "nesting" from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (night shift). Transport assistance and additional night shift payments are included.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries primarily through email and chat with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain a high level of service.
• Successfully complete the initial training and nesting period.
• Stay updated on process changes and company updates.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening and night shifts during nesting.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and communication tools.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to learn.
