About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic German, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or Hungarian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or Hungarian.
- Assist with product/service information, order processing, and issue resolution.

Maintain a professional and friendly approach to customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or Hungarian (spoken and written).
Good command of English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is a plus.
