About the Role:

We are looking for a German or Italian-Speaking Reservation Agent to join our team in Mosta, Malta. In this role, you will handle reservations, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure a smooth booking process for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with reservations via phone, email, and chat in German or Italian.

• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and booking policies.

• Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer interactions.

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German or Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Good command of English for internal communication.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

• Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Must be eligible to work in Malta (EU passport or valid work permit required).
