Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, and chat).

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes.

• Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.

• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other platform-related issues.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall customer experience.

• Stay updated on the platform's policies, procedures, and new features.

• Meet personal and team goals, such as customer satisfaction and response time targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C2 level) and good command of English (B2+ level) both verbal and written.

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying organized and focused.

• Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, and communication tools.

• High School diploma required; a university degree is a plus.

• Must be located in Greece or willing to relocate (with 3 weeks of initial accommodation support provided).
