What you’ll be doing:

🔹 Be the voice of the brand – assist customers via inbound calls, and mainly live chat, email & social media
🔹 Solve customer inquiries and provide top-tier support
🔹 Work closely with a dynamic, international team
🔹 Ensure a seamless experience for our customers

What we’re looking for:
🔸 Fluent in German (written & verbal) 🇩🇪
🔸 Good English skills (written & verbal) 🌍
🔸 Great communication & problem-solving skills
🔸 Interest in sports is a plus! ⚽🔸High school education
🔸 Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
🔸 Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills
