We are looking for a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid/onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment while gaining experience in digital advertising. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the success of clients' online advertising campaigns, supporting the company's growth.

Role Overview:
As a Junior Campaign Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region in setting up and optimizing their PPC campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, assist with campaign setup, and provide ongoing support to ensure campaigns perform effectively. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, campaign success, and the potential for new sales opportunities.

This position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid/onsite work model. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the process of setting up their PPC campaigns on our platform.
  • Campaign Optimization: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of client campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to increase campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Consultation & Strategy: Understand clients’ goals and recommend customized PPC strategies to help them succeed. Provide ongoing guidance to ensure clients maximize the value of their campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance to ensure clients are meeting their KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance results. Foster strong client relationships built on trust and communication.
  • Client Support & Issue Resolution: Address client queries and resolve campaign-related issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or features to help clients enhance their campaigns and achieve their objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and technical support, to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and align with client goals.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates, improving your expertise in digital marketing to better assist clients.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1/C2 level) for effective communication with German-speaking clients.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though relevant work experience is also acceptable.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or online advertising, with familiarity in PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) being beneficial.
  • Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer success. You should be motivated to help clients achieve their goals and build long-term relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data, recognize trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and tasks effectively.
