An international customer experience provider is looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support our telecom company customers from the office in Porto.
The role involves handling incoming calls and assisting customers with questions related to subscriptions, billing, and basic technical support, while delivering a high-quality service experience.
Working Schedule
- Rotating shifts (monthly), Monday to Saturday;
- Working hours between 07:00 and 19:00;
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 1,020 € gross x14;
- Performance bonus: 100 € gross/month (first 3 months, then performance-based);
- Welcome bonus: 150 € gross (paid in month 4);
- Meal allowance: 9.60 € / day;
- Private health insurance after 4 months;
- Public transport reimbursement up to 40 € / month;
Employment Conditions
- Permanent Portuguese employment contract;
- Fully declared salary with taxes and social contributions paid;
- Paid probation period;
Requirements
- Native or C2-level French;
- English B2 or higher;
- No prior experience required;
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card;
- Valid NIF and NISS;
- Must already live in Porto or within 30 km;
