Full-time | Permanent contract | Relocation available

An international company in the field of digital entertainment and iGaming streaming is looking for Russian-speaking live session presenters to work in a professional studio in Bucharest.

This position is suitable for candidates who feel comfortable working in front of the camera, can interact with an online audience, and strictly follow established procedures for conducting live sessions.

We are a licensed international provider of live-interaction and studio format solutions, operating in regulated jurisdictions (EU, Canada, etc.). Employment is carried out in full compliance with Romanian labor legislation and industry standards.

Working Schedule

  • 3 shifts with monthly rotation

  • 5 working days / 2 days off

  • Night shifts, weekends, and public holidays may apply

  • Work sessions of 1.5–2 hours followed by a 30-minute break

  • On-site work in a studio in Bucharest

Salary and Additional Payments

Base Salary

First 9 months (including a 3-month probation period):
4124 RON net ( 828 EUR)
7049 RON gross ( 1418 EUR)

After 9 months:
5022 RON net ( 1008 EUR)
8585 RON gross ( 1727 EUR)

Bonuses and Allowances

  • Performance bonus after probation: 3000 RON net ( 609 EUR)

  • Night shifts: +25%

  • Weekend work: +10%

  • Public holidays: +100%

Employment Conditions

  • Permanent employment contract in accordance with the Romanian Labour Code

  • Fully declared (white) salary with all taxes and social contributions paid

  • Paid probation period — 3 months

  • Stable employment in a licensed international company

Relocation

Candidates already based in Bucharest:
— relocation and accommodation are not provided

Candidates from other Romanian cities:
— one-time relocation bonus of 2850 RON net / 4872 RON gross (paid with the first salary)

Candidates without Romanian citizenship:

  • Full visa and work permit support

  • Accommodation provided (shared 2-room apartment)

  • Utilities covered by the company

  • Flight ticket to Bucharest covered by the company

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian language skills

  • English at B2 level

  • Comfortable working on camera

  • Discipline and adherence to internal procedures

  • Availability for shift work

  • Experience in customer interaction, presentations, or live formats is an advantage but not required
