We are looking for a Dutch & German speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading international automotive brand in Ghent.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Handle inquiries in Dutch and German (C2 level)
- Provide clear, calm and professional support
- Solve customer issues with a service-first mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service
What you need:
- Fluent Dutch & German (C2 level)
- Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus
- Calm, patient and solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Willingness to work hybrid in Ghent
