What Youll Do

Communicate with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Handle inquiries, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.

Guide users through processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.

Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Maintain a high level of service quality and achieve individual performance goals.
What Were Looking For

Language Skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.

Adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory!
