About the job Onboarding Manager (Dutch Speaking) EU

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the onboarding process for new clients
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughs
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handovers
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client acquisition and onboarding
  • Handle outbound calls to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clients
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion

Requirements

  • C1 or higher level of Dutch (written and spoken)
  • C1 or higher level of English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelors degree or higher is preferred
  • Minimum 20 months of experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (preferred)
