About the job Onboarding Manager (Dutch Speaking) EU
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the onboarding process for new clients
- Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughs
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handovers
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client acquisition and onboarding
- Handle outbound calls to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clients
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion
Requirements
- C1 or higher level of Dutch (written and spoken)
- C1 or higher level of English (written and spoken)
- Bachelors degree or higher is preferred
- Minimum 20 months of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (preferred)
