• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
• Handle account, service and technical inquiries
• Provide clear, empathetic and professional customer support
• Escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What you need

• Fluent German (C2) + English (B2+)
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to relocate to Athens
