Job Overview
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives with strong German language skills (B2–C2) to support a global online retail project in Umhlanga, South Africa. This is a fully on-site role within a dynamic, shift-based environment.
Language Requirements

German: B2–C2 level (very good to native-level proficiency required)

English: Advanced (for training and internal communication)
Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Support customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related topics

Deliver high-quality service while meeting KPIs and quality standards

Follow internal processes and compliance guidelines
Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 qualification (mandatory)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts

Willingness to work on-site in Umhlanga

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
