What you'll do

• Help users by phone, chat, email and social media
• Solve issues with apps, devices and accounts
• Assist with payments, refunds and subscriptions

What you need

• Portuguese native or C1
• English B2
• Good PC skills and typing speed of 25+ words per minute
• Customer support experience is a plus
• EU work authorisation
