What you'll do

• Help customers by phone, email and chat
• Solve technical issues with products, devices, apps and online services
• Assist with accounts, billing, orders, refunds and claims
• In sales teams: recommend upgrades and keep customers loyal

What you need

• German native or C1
• English B2 or higher
• Good PC skills and typing speed of 25+ words per minute
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required for every team
• Living in Greece, with EU work authorisation
