Job Title: Operations Customer Expert (Spanish + English)

Location: Onsite Lisbon, Portugal

Project: Customer Support for Payment Solutions Project

Are you passionate about helping others and resolving inquiries? We are looking for a motivated, Spanish-speaking professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset to join our dynamic team in Lisbon.

Your Mission

You'll be part of a dedicated Customer Service team, responsible for:

  • Handling incoming inquiries from business clients regarding their payment solutions.
  • Providing clear accurate information and guiding customers through technical or account processes via phone and email.
  • Understanding each customer's specific needs and offering efficient, tailored solutions.
  • Meeting quality and performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensuring an excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher).
  • Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM systems.
  • Available to work full-time in rotating shifts.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
  • Shifts between 09:00 and 18:00 CET (8h/day + 1h break)

  • Monthly Salary: Approx. €1,500 gross
