Car rental agent Croatian Speaker (Onsite or remote options both in Athens)
Location: Athens, Greece
Start Date: April
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday Sunday, 08:00 17:00 (2 days off per week)
Salary: 1,100 x 14 salaries per year

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email regarding rental bookings, policies, and inquiries.
• Provide excellent service by handling requests efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve issues related to reservations, payments, and vehicle availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
