Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, or phone, addressing user inquiries
Review and respond to user reports or complaints regarding products or services
Analyze and resolve customer issues by following company policies and procedures
Assist users by troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, step-by-step guidance
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional tone
Use market-specific knowledge to assist customers and resolve issues quickly
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system for further follow-up
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1 level or native)
B2 level of English
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Holder of Portuguese residence permit/EU citizenship
