Schedule: Rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Salary: 1,100/month

About the Role

Are you passionate about online content and social media trends? Join our content moderation team in Lisbon and help keep the internet a safer space! As a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for TikTok, youll review videos, comments, and accounts to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content (videos, comments, profiles) in Dutch

• Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines

• Handle reports from users in a timely and objective manner

• Escalate complex issues according to internal procedures

• Stay updated with moderation policies and updates from the platform

Your Profile

• Fluent Dutch speaker (written and spoken)

• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication

• Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends)

• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience

• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus
