- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Continuously update your knowledge of company policies, products, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Norwegian (at least C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stay calm and handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
