  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of company policies, products, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stay calm and handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
