About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in a Call Center / BPO environment to lead and motivate a dynamic operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, supporting agents, and driving performance.

Requirements:

• Fluent German (C2) + English (B2)

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in Call Center / BPO

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Contract & Benefits:

• Permanent contract with 180 days trial

• Relocation package for candidates coming from abroad

  • Airfare reimbursement up to 400 at the end of month 6

  • Shared apartment for up to 12 months (280/month with all utilities, deducted from payroll)

Salary & Bonuses:

• Base Salary: 1,485/month

• Performance Bonus: up to 2,400/year (paid as 150/month + 150 per quarter)

• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day (~159/month for 22 days)

• Transport Allowance: 20/month

Approximate Total Monthly Compensation: ~1,824-1,880 (including base, bonuses, meal & transport allowance)
