Are you passionate about helping people and providing excellent service? We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely from anywhere in Portugal.
In this role, you will be assisting customers via phone, email, and chat ensuring each interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

What Youll Do

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers.

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and good command of English.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong customer orientation and positive attitude.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must be based in Portugal with eligibility to work remotely.
