Job Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-growing team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, supporting clients, and driving online performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social media, and search)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
• Support German-speaking clients with marketing strategies and campaign optimization
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

• German language: C1 or C2 level (mandatory)
• English language: B2 level or higher
• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing / online advertising
• Knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar) is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
