An international customer experience provider is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support one of the world's leading online travel agencies. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, including reservations, payments, and complaints, while delivering a high-quality service experience in both German and English.

Working Schedule

  • Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends);
  • Working hours between 08:00 and 00:00;

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: 1,300 € gross/month;
  • Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary;
  • Meal allowance: up to 100 € / month (Edenred Ticket Restaurant);
  • Relocation support provided;
  • Paid 3-week training (in English);

Employment Conditions

  • Fixed-term contract (8 months);
  • Fully remote work model;
  • Paid training period;
  • Work during public holidays may be required;

Requirements

  • Native or C1-level German;
  • English B2+ or higher;
  • Strong written communication skills;
  • Good PC skills (Windows, troubleshooting, shortcuts);
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems;
  • Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus;

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications;
  • Support payment issues, refunds, and complaints resolution;
  • Provide assistance with account-related and review inquiries;
  • Deliver accurate information about services and properties;
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication;
